Norfolk County Teachers Association Privacy Policy
The Norfolk County Teachers Association cares about your right to privacy. This policy explains how we intend to handle any personally identifying information you give us online. It does not apply to personally identifying information that we may collect offline. Personally identifying information is information that enables us to identify you, for example, your e-mail address, name, home phone number, etc.
How We Collect and Use Personally Identifying Information
You are welcome to visit the Norfolk County Teachers Association sites while remaining anonymous and not revealing any personally identifying information. Sharing your personally identifying information is strictly voluntary.
Sharing your personally identifying information may make it easier for you to:

Ø Receive personalized newsletters and other messages on our services that we feel may be relevant to your interests, and generally facilitate future communication with you. By way of example, www.nctateachers.org registration information could be used to send you helpful e-mails about NCTA services.
Ø Participate and Purchase Graduate Courses
Ø Participate in the Professional Licensure Program
Opt Out for Newsletters
If you choose to receive email communications from NCTA and later change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time. When you receive a Newsletter from NCTA there will be unsubscribe directions and link at the bottom of the Newsletter. Select the link and follow the unsubscribe instructions. If you would like to unsubscribe and do not have an Newsletter from NCTA, you can send an email to nctateachers@aol.com and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email. Either of these actions will ensure that your email address will not receive communications from NCTA until otherwise instructed. Please allow 14 days for processing.
Accuracy and Access
We want your personally identifying information to remain accurate. If you are registered with the Norfolk County Teachers Association, and any of your personally identifying information changes or if you simply want to see what personally identifying information we have stored in your NCTA profile, you can review and update your profile using your user name and password on the sign in page. If you don't know your user name or password, select the option "Forgot your Username/Password" and Sign In information will be sent to you via email.
Safeguarding Personally Identifying Information
We aim to protect the personally identifying information you share with us. The Norfolk County Teachers Association uses a variety of commercially available security technologies to protect your personally identifying information, including secure servers, firewalls and encryption of certain data.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The Norfolk County Teachers Association will not provide your personally identifying information to any third party outside the NCTA group, except for Framingham State College when applicable.
